L&R of Chesterfield stands as a dedicated provider in the Developmental Disability sector,

offering specialized residential services since 2016. Licensed by the Department of Behavioral

Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), our mission is to enrich the lives of adults with

developmental disabilities through high-quality care and a commitment to community

integration and personal growth.

Services Offered:

We provide a broad spectrum of residential services tailored to the unique needs of each

resident, including Congregate Residential, Supervised Living, and In-Home Supports. Our

facilities, located throughout Chesterfield County, are designed to offer comfortable living

conditions, structured environments, and accessibility. Each residential home is staffed around

the clock by trained professionals who deliver compassionate care, ensuring health, safety, and

well-being. Supervised Living supports are available 24 hours a day, to arrive within a

reasonable amount of time when contacted outside of ISP scheduled support hours.

Support Services :

Our support services cater to adults with developmental disabilities who are eligible for

• Community Living,

• FIS (Family & Individual Supports), and

• BI (Building Independence) waivers.

We aim to serve those in need of a nurturing community that fosters independence, enhances

social skills, and promotes overall quality of life.
